In my humble opinion the GOP
establishment, the RNC and the Republican Congress are handing the
election to Democrats. They are pushing for a brokered convention, a
third party candidate or saying they will support the Democrat
nominee in order to stop the nomination for Cruz or Trump. They then
claim that nominating either would cause the party to lose the House
and Senate.
They ignore the very real possibility
that nominating anyone other than one these two will create a backlash against elected Republicans. In addition they claim that
neither can win against the Democrat candidate. Common sense dictates
that as long as the Republican party refuse to support either one the
is a real possibility of this happening. Sort of a self fulfilling
prophecy
